Ericeria Labs is an experimental product studio in Bangkok. Toast, our AI calorie tracker, is live in the App Store. Next: the booking and membership system that Thailand’s courts, ice baths and wellness clubs run on.
Sample schedule — Venue OS, in build
Two products. One live, one in build.
Photograph a plate. Toast reads it and logs the calories.
Calorie tracking fails because logging a meal takes longer than eating one. Toast removes the typing: point the camera at the plate, and it estimates the portions, macros and calories. Built, shipped and supported by us.

Venue OS
One system for bookings, members and payments across a Thai sports or wellness venue.
Most courts and studios in Thailand run on a LINE group, a paper sheet and a spreadsheet. Venue OS replaces all three: a live schedule staff and members share, memberships and class packs that renew, split payments for group bookings, and revenue an owner can actually see.

Five kinds of venue. Five different problems.
A padel club and an ice bath studio both sell time in a room, and almost nothing else about running them is the same. We are building for each one specifically, starting with the venues we already work with in Bangkok.
Tennis
เทนนิสCoaches, members and walk-ins competing for the same evening block.
Court rotation, coach schedules, recurring member slots.
Padel
พาเดลFour players, one booking, and nobody wants to chase the payment.
Split payments, open-match listings, waiting lists.
Squash
สควอชForty-minute slots and constant turnover at the door.
Fast rebooking, membership door access, no-show tracking.
Ice bath
แช่น้ำแข็งCapacity per session, a waiver per guest, a log per tub.
Session capacity, digital waivers, temperature records.
Wellness club
เวลเนสคลับMemberships, class packs and staff spread across sites.
Multi-site rosters, class packs, one member record.
Experimental means we find out by shipping.
We are a small team in Bangkok. We do not take client work — we build our own products, put them in front of real users, and keep the ones that earn their place.
We build for one real operator first
Every system starts inside one venue, with its actual bookings and its actual staff. Software designed for an imaginary average customer fits nobody.
We ship before it is finished
A schedule that works beats a platform that is planned. We put the smallest useful version in front of people, then keep going while it earns its keep.
We run what we ship
We operate our own products and answer our own support. It is the fastest way to find out what is broken, and the reason we keep the studio small.
We are looking for venues to build with.
If you run a court, a studio or a club in Thailand and your schedule still lives in a LINE group, we want to talk. Design partners get the system built around how they already work.
